We were having issues with the duct less unit in the loft of the house we just moved into, specifically the remote control (only way to control it) not allowing the temperature to be changed. Being an older unit, the remote was discontinued and nobody (even the manufacturer or Google) could explain what was going on with it. Air Outlook sent someone out within a few hours of calling, and he was able to figure out a quirky feature of the remote. That sparked me to notice something else about it, and with all that combined we were able to get it working.

I also had them quote a replacement unit in case this old unit gave out completely soon, and the estimate was very reasonable. Will definitely be purchasing here in the future.

A part was needed for our repairs, but he was able to get it the next morning and came back that same day to fix the problem. He was very polite and professional, taking the time to explain things to me so that I could understand the entire process.
